This is the most any band has sounded like the Rolling Stones since the the mid 70’s and that includes any attempts by the Stones to mimic themselves in the second half of their career. Let me be clear, this is not a criticism of Titus (or the Rolling Stones). Somehow it just took an art-punk band from the 2010’s to inject some soul into classic rock.
