Gigaton feels more like a follow up to 2006’s self-titled mid career banger than it does to 2013’s sleepy Lightning Bolt album. Whether it’s the world going to shit or some other spark, something has lit a fire under Pearl Jam and they are sounding more creative, energized and determined.
