The most recent in Fucked Up’s experimental Zodiac series, Year of the Snake follows the formula of previous Zodiac releases with one song reaching for over 20 minutes. The 20 minute track encompasses segments of stoner metal, drone, hardcore punk and psychedelia that blend together in a pot that boils rapidly at times before simmering to a crawl only to boil over again.
