Instrumental surf rock. The L.A. Weekly described Lawndale as “The Ventures meet Led Zeppelin in Don Knotts’ living room”. That’s pretty cool. ‘Interstellar Caravan’ is a juxtaposition of Pink Floyd’s ‘Interstellar Overdrive’ and Duke Ellington’s ‘Caravan’. That’s pretty cool too.
