If my vinyl of Pyroclasts played back with a lot of surface noise would I be able to tell?

It’s as if the instruments are played by the wind. Sunn O)))’s Pyroclasts is empty, devoid of objects, and yet wakeful, alert and conscious of self. That’s actually a description of transcendental consciousness but it seems to fit because I don’t really know what to say about this album. All I know, is that when I listen to Pyroclasts, I’m struck with a sudden sense of peace and calm, and I like it.
